Pakistan Cricket Schedule 2019-2023

Get all the latest Pakistan cricket schedule below as the national side continues with their international cricket schedule. Pakistan were recently whitewashed in a three-match T20 series by Sri Lanka.

After that rough series against Sri Lanka under their new head coach cum selector Misbah-ul-Haq, the Pakistan national cricket team are now on the brink of the tour of Australia and the situation the camp is not looking good. Pakistan cricket is going through a bit of a rough patch right now. A fresh face has been appointed as their coach, their domestic set up has been altered and are trying very hard to restore their glory days.

A lot needs to change for Pakistan if they want to perform at the big stage. The team and the management have come under a lot of criticism for their new fitness regime which they had to implement after they were bashed about it earlier during the World Cup. The Pakistani team is ranked number one in the ICC T20 rankings and yet they lost 3-0 to Sri Lanka recently. During the series, the players appeared to be fit but stiff. Some of the Pakistani legends believe that the players lack focus on improving their skills. Pakistan will all be in action in different formats of the game and you can catch the schedule for all of Pakistan’s international matches here.

Former Pakistani captain, Ramiz Raja said  “Misbah-ul-Haq has been overburdened after he was handed the coaching responsibilities of all formats. I feel we need to bring in a power-hitting coach for the shorter format, to correct the direction of the players.”

The Pakistan tour of Australia is set to kick off on 31st of October and will end on 3rd of December. They start their tour of Australia with their first T20 match to be played at the Sydney Cricket ground on 3rd November. The tour consist of a three-match T20 series and thereafter two Test matches will be played. Pakistan will go into the tour with the intentions of building their confidence. The coach, Misbah is looking to resolve the evident issues with the team and has given fitness the top priority.
